Production method Pressing of cotton seeds (expeller cotton seed cake).

Packaging
1) In bulk.
2) In 40-50 kg bags (empty bag dimensions : 1,12m X 0,65m) or alternative packaging upon request of the client.

Product quality characteristics
- oil content %, moisture content %, color.
- It is a natural source of protein, it can be used alone in animal diets or in combination with other plant and animal feed protein sources to complete a balanced animal diet. The color should be light golden. The darker the color the worse the quality (it means that more "burned" seeds were included in the seeds that when crushed produced this cake).

Value range of each product quality characteristic, for our product
1) oil content : 5-6%
2) moisture content : 6-8%
3) Color is not measured but is light golden.

Quality Characteristics measurement instruments & quality characteristics measured Dickey-John INSTALAB 610 NIR analyzer (Near Infrared Reflectance Analyzer) for moisture and oil content.
